Schedule of Events
12:30 PM
- Event setup
- Pick up food & drinks
- Time for interviews
2:30 PM
- Someone needs to go to Theta Chi to overview set up
3:30 PM
- Food set up should be finished
- Brief film students
3:45 PM
- Brief judges on last minute details
4:00 PM
- 10 minute Keynote presentation about project by Akshita, Cody, Eric, & Jameson
4:15 PM
- Design teams present their concepts (no formal presentation, students stand with boards to give pitch & answer questions as judges & others come by)
- Student projects will be represented by posters, & students will be available to discuss
4:30 PM
- Set up at Theta Chi should be finished
5:00 PM
- Judges adjourn to discuss designs
- Others may continue to view designs & student projects
5:30 PM
- Winners announced (trophy & check may/may not be awarded at this time)
- A few students leave to set up Smart House site & Theta Chi house
5:40 PM
- Shuttle people to Smart House site
6:00 PM
- Bartender should be set up at Theta Chi by now
- Begin short tour of first floor of Smart House site
- Design teams can clarify their concepts in the house
- Possibly displaying multitouch screen project
6:30 PM
- Walk around corner to Theta Chi fraternity house for reception
- Shuttle will run back and forth to Paul Peck Center until 8:15 PM
Making the Case for the Lab

- Make a petition list with signatures
