Is your organization organizing any Earth/Green events during the month of April, specifically the week of Earth Day (April 19-25)? Drexel Green, (http://www.drexel.edu/sustainability/) is currently creating a calendar of events that are happening on and around campus and would like to include your event. If you are, please send your information to askoca@drexel.edu and we will be sure to post that information on the website and other marketing materials. The week of Earth Week we will also send out a Special Drexel Daily Digest at the beginning of the week with the information about the event….

We would like this information sooner than later, so please send us your event information by Friday, March 20, 2009 5 PM.

If you don’t have all the details for your event, but know you will be doing something; please send what information you have by March 20th as well.
When submitting your information, please send in the following format:

• Name of Event
• Day and Date of Event
• Beginning and Ending Time of Event
• Location of Event (Rain date/location)
• Sponsoring Organization
• Brief Description of Event
• Contact Name, Email and/or website
• Contact Phone Number

• We will not publish your phone number, we will just use this if we need to contact you for more information about your event.
