Zoning
City of Philadelphia Zoning Map: [Zoning Map]
You can type in any address in Philadelphia to have the map center in on that point. Click the arrows or anywhere in the map to move to view around. Use the bar on the right to zoom out.
The best feature is the ability to take a screenshot as a PDF of the view in the map window.
City of Philadelphia Zoning Code: [Zoning Code]
Find the appropriate regulations pertaining to the desired zoning of the Smart House, for example "IDD" for Institutional or "RX" for Residential.
